- All pre-orders shall be paid within the pre-order week stated. Failure to pay within the week shall result into your slot's forfeiture for the pre-order week.
- Payments shall be made through BPI or Unionbank deposits, Paypal or through G-Cash. No transaction fees shall be charged to the buyer.
- The downpayment shall be 50% of the total amount of your order.
- The 50% balance shall be paid when the packages arrive from the US.
- No orders shall be shipped out unless their balances are for COD, or unless they are fully paid.
- Items are shipped out via Air21 or LBC, and a rate of P100 to P200 shall be charged to the buyer. However, orders which cost P3,000 and higher shall have free shipping c/o Air 21, and an additional P100 shall be charged if buyers of toys costing P3,000 and higher wish to have their packages shipped via LBC.
- A policy of no return, no exchange shall be imposed. All toys are fully inspected before they are sent out to their respective buyers.
- Confidentiality is respected. Pink Passions Philippines never declare that these are sex toys when they are shipped out. Generally, they are also just wrapped like simple gifts. Likewise, buyers' identities are also never revealed to other parties.
